2024-25 Individual Registration

We’ve changed things up with registration this year again so please read the following for a short description of how this works (big change is payment is built into the form, you don’t have to go to Square to pay, but you still need to click the link at the end to open the payment portal).  

If you are looking to join for the first time and don’t have a team, or are looking to put one together please fill out the new curler form under the Registration Menu tab and do not complete individual registration until you have been placed.


1. EVERYONE WHO CURLS IN LEAGUE NEEDS TO COMPLETE THIS “INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION” FORM. We need personal information for each participant for insurance purposes. 

2. Only 1 person per team needs to complete the TEAM REGISTRATION. That is a separate form, if you are seeing this on the MCC website it should be an option in the drop down menu under Registration.

3. The clubs preferred method of paying your dues is online immediately after you submit this form. After you submit the form please click the link to open the payment portal and complete your payment. If you cannot pay at the time you complete this form, click the link anyways and write down your ORDER ID NUMBER or send the link to yourself. If you lose that order ID number contact Wesley and he will send you the number or forward you the payment link. 

4. If you prefer to pay cash or check, please select that option in the form and you will be contacted to arrange payment. 

5. If you do not have a team and are hoping to be placed on one do NOT fill out this form. We have a separate form for curlers looking for a team or teams looking for people. Check below for that form.

6. Registration and Dues are due by December 1st (we get a discount on our insurance and national dues if we pay by then), any payment after this date maybe subject to a late fee.

Q: We have 5 members on our team…do all 5 need to pay?
A: Your 4 primary team members must register and pay. Alternates should fill out the registration form for insurance purposes, but are not required to pay the full dues as long as 4 team members have already.

Q: Why are we in such a hurry for payment and registration?
A: USA Curling changed their membership model – if we don’t have our member list reported by the first week of December it costs us more.

Q: My company is sponsoring our whole team, how do we do that?
A: They all still need to register themselves, but they can skip the payment. If sponsorship payment is by card, you can manually input the total amount due in the form and it should be included in your payment portal.

Q: I’m not getting updates from you guys?
A: Click on the “Add me to the Mailing List” tab to get signed up. Also check us out on Facebook.

Q: Kids Curling?
A: Click the back button and go to the Kid’s Curling tab.

Q: Can my kids curl with me in the adult league?
A: Yes, but they need to be of an age or talent level where they are competitive with adults.

Q: Air Force League Registration?
A: Click the back button and go to the MAFB tab.

Q: I don’t have a team or I need to find another player on my team
A: Fill out the new member looking for team/team looking for player form.

Q: Why do you have to make registration such a pain? Why can’t we just do a simple team signup like at Rec?
A: First, because USA Curling requires individual member info for our insurance policy. Second, because we allow our members to curl as many nights as they want for a single registration fee (which makes accounting more difficult). We welcome and encourage curlers to come multiple nights and to invite and teach new members – therefore we don’t want to penalize our more dedicated members.
