League Description (Click here)

The MAFB Curling League is a social league open to active duty personnel and their spouses. The league is run in partnership with the Minot Curling Club and the Minot Air Force Base through dedicated volunteers. No previous curling experience is required, due to the turn over of many military members the league would generally be considered a novice league with most participants having a 0-1 years of experience. We aim to make the league approachable and accessible. To this end we run it with a shorter season that starts after the holidays, have options for paying dues either weekly or seasonally, and provide all equipment necessary to compete. We hope you will come join us and experience the sport for yourself.

League Logistics (Click here)

League will start at 6pm Tuesday nights at the Minot Curling Club, League is an 11 week season with the first week providing instruction via a Learn To Curl session and exhibition match, with weeks 2-11 covering regular league matches and playoffs. Depending on registration numbers you will most likely play 2 short games during the regular season each night, and switch to a more traditional length game in the playoffs. Schedules and standings will be updated as the season progresses and posted online here.
